Returning the Diary
Above is an example of a completed daily grid page after following the previous four steps.
When you are finished, please mail back all TV Diaries which you received, regardless of how many or how few programs are entered in each. All of your diaries are important!
Open the back flap to use the adhesive on the bottom:
Moisten the flap on the back cover of the diary, fold it over your address on the front cover and seal it. Your completed diary will look like this:
You're done!
